I had a horrible experience today at this Tire Discounters store. I went jn to have my front tires balanced and rotated. There was a bit of shaking when my car got up to about 60mph. When we got the car back, the problem wasn't fixed. We took it back and the "master mechanic" claimed that our rotors were falling apart causing our tires to have bald spots. That makes no sense. He said we need new shocks and struts. My car has no shocks. He said I need new brakes which were replaced less than a year ago. And he said I needed 4... read more

I am leaving this review because I am very concerned with the consistent service I have received at the 078 Easton location in Columbus, Ohio. We have 4 cars serviced at this location and I am very concerned about taking any of the vehicles back for additional service or tire purchases. 5/2020 I had an appointment for an oil change and a tire rotation. First and foremost their manager Ray, needs to be trained in customer care severely. He is extremly rude and a complete sore on this company. So let me tell my story. Mind you, I can't even get the damn manager to so much as call me as I requested. My car was taken to the newport location by a body shop after a car accident. While I have been a loyal customer for years and will continue to be, it will NOT be at the New Independence KY location. The staff there is unprofessional and rude and not willing to admit that the staff may not have performed their task correctly the first time. Then to add insult to injury the expect the customer to go to the back of the line and wait two to three hours to perform a repair that should have been done right the first time. My favorite place to get almost anything car related done. I've gone to the Eastgate location for years and appreciate the honest and quality service I receive. They saved me a lot of money over a repair that a local mechanic tried to sell me on when it wasn't actually the problem. TD is the only place I take our family's cars anymore.

I bought $1600 worth of tires ( 8 Michelin Defenders, 4 for my car, 4 for my wife's car ), and paid for the road hazard insurance that stated they would repair or replace the tire for 3 years from the date of purchase. My wife had a flat, I took the car in and they said it was unrepairable, and would have to replace the tire. They put a new Defender on, then told me I owed them $191. I produced the paperwork that showed there was still 3 months left on my road hazard insurance, but they refused to honor it. They said they ha... read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I bought new tires and they failed to put valve stem covers back or calibrate the sensors. After 3 trips back and a trip to a competitor and a letter to complain we spoke with the Gm Jason who gave us a free oil change and had everything "checked and fixed." In the last month and 6 MORE TRIPS the tires are losing air and pressure every other day. I bring the car here and drop it off for 3.5 hours assured it would be correct. I end up being there WAY PAST CLOSING and guess what..... read more
Worst experience ever! I had to take my car back 2 days laters because they never fixed the problem! I do not recommend going here for any car issues.
