I recently visited the Tire Discounters located in Brentwood TN, instead of the usual large tire shop I have been going to because they were so busy, due to a flat tire that had been losing air off and on for a long time. Tire Discounters was able to get me in that day and had my car ready exactly when promised. When they found it was a nail in my tire, they patched it up and did not even charge me! I recently purchased four Pirelli tires from Tire Discounter and the service I received was about as horrible as it comes. Before arriving at Tire Discounter, I called to make sure the size tires I was looking for were in stock. I was told the tires were in stock and if I wanted them placed on the vehicle I would have to give them 1hr and 1/2 to install them properly and so i needed to be there by a certain time. TD gets ZERO STARS. My wife and I stopped in at the Ferguson Road Store, in cincinnati, Ohio this morning, 11/3/2020 We needed only two tires and only had money for about $250.00. I explained this to the sales guy behind the counter. He was quite snarky and explained that we HAD to have all four identical tires replaced since this was an AWD vehicle. I took my 2002 Ford Ranger to the Tire Discounters at 8081 Springboro Pike, Miamisburg, Ohio 45342, on July 20, 2020 to have the rear brakes replaced. On 7/21/2020 I picked up my truck and paid the bill of $529.63. On the way home I noticed that the brakes was not working correctly. I had to go to Texas. While I was gone my wife drove the Truck and was so afraid because of how the brakes was not working that she has never drove the truck since. The Cold Spring, KY location is the best. I purchased tires for my Nissan Maxima many, many years ago and they had the best prices and free tire rotation. I purchased tires for my Toyota RAV4 in December 2018 and developed a slow leak due to a nail. They honored their warranty and I got my tire fixed, all tires rotated and no pressure to buy any other service. No gimmicks, no unnecessary services. They know their business and how to treat their customers. Outstanding!

RIP Off. The sales man that sol us the tires knew we were keeping 2 of the tires but charged us the disposal fee and knew it. then stated that he would have to contact corporate for the refund. didnt happen. As were were waiting to get the tires put on the car 40 minutes after the appointment. Returned my truck after a repair for the tire light on with the tire light still on. They told me to drive it and it’s go off. It hasn’t went off. They said they were busy and didn’t drive it to bring it back tomorrow. Now I have to miss work to take it back.

Will not back their guarantee...Will not stand behind their guarantee...go someplace else. I have a GMC yukon that they put a fuel pump on and after installing I couldn't fill with gas...after 2 days of them dilly dallying around with my vehicle I decided to go get it and just fix it myself...their technician installed the tank with vent tube between the crossmember and tank and so when they raised tank into place it crushed the line so then air couldn't escape from tank when filling...I explained this to them and they origi... read more

bought a rims and costing over thousand dollars. Tire discounter ask for 1000 down payment to place the order. I paid cash not check not card my mistake. The rims arrived and did not fit and cant find replacement so we ask for refund. Refund requested Saturday June 6th. I called the following Monday Customer service stated it will be processed , check will be mail to my address and will arrive in a few days.
