Dropped my vehicle off at the New Albany, Ohio Location on Wednesday 12-27-2017 at approximately 12:30 PM to have the brakes inspected. They were busy and stated it could be done today and they would let me know. I was in the middle of a PCS from Ohio to California and my brakes jammed and the caliper broke off. These guys got me back on the road safe and extremely quick. They were extremely friendly and helpful to my situation and I couldn’t have been treated any better.
I had my tires rotated on Saturday. I started driving my car for the first time going to work this morning. My car starts vibrating and i keep moving on to work onto highway. I called when i arrived at work and made an appointment for after work. On my way to the location after work my car started jerking and vibrating out of control. Buy all my tires frim Tire Discounters, they sell me road hazard warranty, and when I need a tire repaired it hours setting in show room, seems like they are always joking and not working to keep customers happy, never again, Maineville Location is terrible customer service, I have 5 cars,,,,******** **** is up the street, I'll deal with them from now on
i went to a tire discounter in *************ky, a few months ago to have some used tires that i had brought with me mounted,there wasn't an issue everything went fine and i was charged 25$ for 2 dismounts and 2 mounts and balance i thought that was a fare price today i took 2 brand new steel wheels in with my own tires to mount valve stems and a balancing for both cost me close to 60$ that is highway robbery,needless to say i would rather walk the extra mile than stop at a tire discounter. Invoice number ********..I have been going to tire discounters since it opened in Grove city Ohio. The past few oil change and tire rotations the appointments took from 1.25 hours to 2.4 hours. I understand that sometimes they do take longer but both times my tires were NOT rotated. The last service I asked the young man why and he said the tire depth in the front was better so they did not rotate them. I am so disappointed in the way i was treated and the service done. I had an appointment for oil change and tire balance. Upon getting getting my car back it was obvious that the tires were not checked for correct air pressure. the indicator for low tire pressure was on when i brought the car in and I figured that would be taken care as part of the Oil Change. Went in for a wheel alignment and tire rotation. Just bought 4 new tires less then 4 months ago. They could not do the tire rotation because they lost the wheel lock to the locking tire lug. They tried to blame me but they are the only ones who have touched the tires since they were installed. Said they always give the special lug lock socket back to the customer but they did not to me.
