Buyer Beware!! Same thing I said over two months ago, when I registered my complaint on their web site .There's a reason they aren't BBB accredited . They could not perform up to the standards of trust and honesty of an accredited BBB company. You be the judge.Scheduled tire purchase on the 15th of August for the work to be done on the following Friday. Drove my ***********in for an oil change and had to tow it home. Requested (09/15 )video of the service being performed 2 days after the service was completed and was given the run around about the request. As 09/29 the regional manager is now saying there was a power surge during the time of service and no video is available. How convenient . No accountability for staff working on this vehicle. I will never. And I mean NEVER use tire discounters oak ridge again. I went in for a simple tire plug repair. In which the nail had been in the tire for maybe a couple of weeks. I just kept putting air in the tire thinking it was because of air pressure. When I got to tire discounters in oak ridge I told them which tire I thought it was and they looked at it while I waited with my small son in the waiting area. So i purchased a set tires and received a not so free oil change. Yes i read the fine print. But dont understand why you charge a customer for 3/4 of a quart of oil. $10.10. I made an appointment early friday morning for a 4:30pm . I showed up at 4:20. How does it take to rotate 4 tires and an oil change. I myself can do it in less than a hour. I was there for 2 hrs. I had to return to business because of tire sensors not responsive! Would not or could not calibrate my TPMS !? Then sent me off on my way with a missing lugg bolt ! The sales techs all played me dumb, and said they never touched the tires, they were the ones that repaired the sensor and last balanced my vehicles wheels! I have the pictures and the paperwork to prove it ! BOLTS DON"T JUMP !!!! They are dangerously irresponsible and have no business servicing vehicles! I'd like to make it abundantly clear that my complaint is not with the local store that I purchased my tires from, but Tire Discounters as a company. Their website is misleading about rebates and pricing. I purchased four ***********tires, only choosing Tire Discounters because the rebate price put them lower in cost than other places around. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change a few weeks ago and requested they look at my brakes and change my cabin filter. They had my car for 4+ days. They charged me $1500 for brake work, the oil change and changing my filter.Four days later my drain tube for the heater box was clogged and water started leaking into the passenger floorboard. They completely lie!!! They said I need new tires and I only have 17,000 miles on them. I took my car to a small tire company near my home. Sure enough my tires are fine!!! Do not go to them!!! They lie!!!!!!!
