I recently had 2 tires installed at Tire Discounters in Ooltewah. One of the studs that holds the tire on stripped and the wheel could not be removed. I have had this issue in the past with other vehicles that I have owned. It is not a big deal. They just have to drill out the lug stud. Tire Discounters employee did not have the proper equipment so they chose to use a chisel thereby doing serious damage to my wheel. I just purchased a set of Yokohama tires from there and got the best deal around! They even did a free alignment and let me know that my brakes were getting wore down and how much use I had left on them. And the whole staff was so friendly too � I highly recommend this place!!!
I went to use an oil change coupon for my wife's van. They didn't try and force or sale other things on us. They were very friendly and helpful. Vehicle was finished before they said it would be.
