RecommendedMy husband took his F-250 here after the Ford dealership couldn’t rotate his tires because of the size and they didn’t have the right equipment. Janet and her team at Tire Discounters are wonderful...always going above and beyond! I have been taking cars there since they opened and have never been disappointed with the service. My latest visit was because my mom’s car was showing a warning that tire was low (ironic because that tire had just been replaced the week before by a tire store in Atlanta after a blow out on the side of the interstate). Janet R is the best automotive manager I've ever come across. She gets things done. She educates, promotes, and enhances your vehicles performance to the best level you can afford. Thing is about TD, you will be able to afford the best. So glad she & TD are in my neighborhood. TD really should model their operations after the Ooltewah store and how its team does things. Before a new employee starts somewhere, they should spend a couple weeks with Janet. It'd help all their stores in town.

We went here because family and friends recommended Tire Discounters. Staff was very straight forward and efficient. We told them what we needed regarding tires and they presented options. We chose our tires and they were able to put them on my car that same visit. We were in and out in about 30 on a Thursday evening �
They are always willing to check everything out for me before trips and make sure I’m ready to go. Recently I took it to them again before a trip and they actually brought my air filter to the lobby and showed me what it looked like and asked if I wanted to let them replace it there I told them yes. The fact that they took the time to do that is amazing. I have even had one mechanic drive my car so he could hear the problem I was hearing.
