I picked up a nail on my drive home. Luckily I was able to get into Tire Discounters and they were able to repair my tire. The service was quick and they were very friendly.
On our family trip from Birmingham to Washington, DC, NYC AND Cooperstown, NY, we had unexpected car trouble while pulling our travel trailer through Ooltewah. Tire Discounters was the closest shop to where we broke down, and these guys went absolutely ABOVE AND BEYOND to help our family get fixed up and back on the road FAST!!! Thank you so much! VERY highly recommend!!!
Pulling a camper to DC and NYC,radiator hose connecting the heater to the engine busted. We had to pull over on the side of the interstate and called them,they told us they thought they could help us fix it. So we drove a little longer and then it overheated,so we waited longer and then made it there. They took us to two different stores to get the part we needed. Amazing play and I highly recommend going there!!!!
Anytime you break down on the road, you usually dread having to deal with auto repair companies. I’m always afraid that I’m going to get taken advantage of and it will cost an arm and a leg. That definitely won’t be your experience with this store. We had car trouble on a long road trip and ended up broke down and these guys couldn’t have been better to work with. The only thing that made me a "customer for life" is the lifetime rotation and balance. Which the only reason I bought from TD was they would not let me leave with the condition of the tires and they price matched. I was in for an oil change.. It's been a terrible experience every time I come. They have said they made me an appointment and I have got there on more than one occasion and don't have an appointment... then I'm stuck waiting a minimum of 3 hours because I don't have an appointment.
