Great service! I had gotten tires there back in January. I had noticed the front tires were wearing down to the steel belts. I went back to Tire Discounters and they replaced both tires free of charge with free line-up. Great service and professional. Also veterans get a discount everyday! Thanks guys!
Bad news. Even if I had a flat tire, I would destroy a rim by driving the car somewhere else. Was quoted $19.99 each, for mounting, balancing, and replacing the TPMS sensors. Arrived for my appointment, and when asked to sign the repair authorization, the price was $44.99 each, plus a $16 "Shop Fee". The total was $214.xx to mount and balance 4 tires. I found an honest tire shop on Little Debbie Parkway.
It's ok. What got me was after my car was done I had to wait 20 minutes for the sales person to get of his phone. Really! I probably won't go back. I have other choices close to me. And not that cheap!
Very fast, courteous, friendly and the price was reasonable. I was shocked by the free 4 wheel alignment, that was a nice addition.
Excellent service, kept us informed all though out the process. Caring, not pushy, & overall a very, very good experience. Will definitely go back.
They done a great job and in a timely manor. Will be back for tires and service.
The staff at the Ooltewah location are very professional and put the customer first. They are great about telling you what the diagnostics are before any move is made on your vehicle. Thanks for great service!!
