Very poorly managed with little respect for their tenants. Unlike most businesses that appreciate a good tenant/client who doesn't cause problems and pays on time, they will make mistakes that cost *you* time and money, but there is no consideration given to you for *your* loss. Even when they've messed up, they try strong-arm tactics. Clearly not a customer -service oriented business. And it's pricey on top of that!

Beautiful Views and Gorgeous apartments
Nice staff, lots of open space for dogs, beautiful apartments, and they're quick and very helpful if you have any problems or questions. Sandy especially, is excellent.

I lived at timberland for 5 years the maninatence was always helpful and the location was great!!
