This is amazing place to live. Leasing staff are so friendly. I never had any issues with neighborhood. Maintenance is very quick. I am loving this place.
After move out, I found out Timberlane used $600 of my security deposit to replace carpet...they didn't even try to shampoo the carpet for a stain!!!! Very poor management and communication skills with this apartment complex. You are better off the scrub the floors on hands and knees to avoid charges. Beware of being scammed out of your security deposit!!!!!
The apartment I stayed in was okay... Issues took forever to get resolved (if they ever did) and staff was unfriendly and looked like they hated their jobs. In general not impressed and don't recommend.
Worst ever! Save yourself from daily headache, PLEASE DO NOT LEASE HERE, Its a living hell, a Curse! I would have given it a negative rating if there was an option. Everyday some or the other problem arises, and that too major ones...the air-conditioning sucks bigtime
Its very poorly maintained,very dirty surroundings,looks like it has not been cleaned for ages...I recently visited a friend there,the staircase was full of dust,webs,rust,trash...and to top it all there was a puddle right nxt to her door.OMG seriously I don't beleive its US..have never seen such a dirty place in my life.
I've lived here for the past 4 years. Friendly office staff, the maintenance is great and it's a very quiet safe place to live. I don't plan on going anywhere any time soon. Thank you Timberlane for doing such a great job!
