RecommendedThis is the best complex! Office staff is personable and welcoming. Community is large and well kept, nice community to walk around or you can just use the free 24 hour gym!! Also has a beautiful pool and sun deck

Staff is great, apartments are well kept, close to so many places so I don’t have to drive 30 min out of the way to pick up a few things. Love living here
wifee and my wife have lived here for a little over 2 years..... we are honestly considering moving out once our lease is up....nice location, nice staff, decent apartments but for what we pay we have entirely too many random water/plumbing issues & inconveniences
I recently moved here, and they have been nothing but helpful during the moving process. if I had questions about leasing information or needed something set up, Torie at the front desk would happily provide assistance. My first impressions have been great.

Lived here for 2 years when it was time to move out we got the carpet professionally cleaned and took pictures of everything. Received a letter in the mail stating we were not getting our deposit back and that we owed money for the carpet saying that it cost 1300.00 for new carpet and not to mention anytime maintenance came over to do anything in our apartment we made them take there shoes off we kept the apartment very clean and now that I’m looking at the reviews we are not the only ones that had this problem with this pla... read more
I so appreciate the kindness and helpfulness of all the staff involved in my move into Timberlane. Sandy was a huge help. First person I talked to when I called about the apartment was Sandy. She was very helpful, informative and understanding of my needs. I am happy to be here and my dog too! Walking him around has been great. This is a quiet and very scenic place to live.
