I have lived here at Timberlane Apartments for the past two years, first was a short term lease which was perfect then I extended my stay because of my contracted job. The staff has been awesome as well as the maintenance crew, I have never had an issue getting things done in a timely matter, very prompt and professional. I would definitely recommend this place it’s beautiful and well maintained!!
Timberlane is great, hands down has to be my favorite apartment complex in the Peoria area. My favorite thing about the complex is that it's nice and quiet here. It's in a great central part of Peoria close to everything you could need, but you don't feel like you're in the middle of the city here with some woods surrounding and it being being tucked back a little. The maintenance is also a huge plus here. 24/7 someone is always on call and ready to help with whatever problem you might have. I've never had that anywhere else... read more
I have lived at Timberlane Apartments for 10 years and it is a clean , safe and friendly place to live! I would recommend it to both the single person and those who want to start a family
I have lived here for 4 years and I love this place! Brianne, Tracy, and the other ladies in the office are really awesome people. Great neighbors and very reasonable.
I'd highly recommend Timberlane Apartments! The staff have been friendly, helpful and attentive to my needs. Thanks, especially, to Briana who goes above and beyond the call of duty. It's a fairly quiet community, which I enjoy! It's safe, in a good location, and affordable. Thumbs up!
I really like the people, they were very helpful and answered all questions that I had. The apartment was very nice and surroundings are beautiful. I plan on moving back in when the time is right and I recommend Timberlane to anyone!
Wonderful apartments run by amazing people. Never had any problems. The apartments are lovely and are located near shopping and restaurants. Would definitely live here again.
