RecommendedI have lived at Timberlane Apartments for 13 years and have had great experiences since I’ve lived here! They’re staff are helpful and friendly the maintenance staff gave prompt quality service. I would recommend living here to a single person such as myself or a married couple looking to start a family.
Without a dought the best place to rent Special people with big hearts this is the second time I’ve rented here and it’s all do to Sandy Briana Jessica and Pat in maintance If they ever leave I’ll have to leave thanks for your support when I was going thru some bad times

Nicely maintained and great pool! All the staff are friendly and maintenance request is prompt. I really appreciate Louie in front office. He has been wonderful and accommodating!
A community amidst green lawns and patches of woods. A workout room on the property. A short distance to the bus stop. A half-hour walk to nearby businesses. Perfect for me!
Sandy helped me to find my apartment here in Peoria and she made it so easy while I was still in Perú. I moved to Peoria from Lima - Perú 🇵🇪 (South America) for work and she helped me a lot. My neighbors are friendly and ok. I definitely recommend this place 🙂
They have such a wide variety of layouts! Something for everyone! Also the gym is always open and kept clean. Would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable place to live!
