The staff there is racist Lui in the office told me as a renter that he is a soclist communist he talked about politics and the staff there has to much power someone was drugged and they let the police in without a warrant in his apt sad part the person that was drugged was never helpped bye the police to investigate who did it the polive never looked into alot of the staff do drugs some even even said so jessica at the office is the one who let the police in in his apt without a warrant on private property if you take pics ... read more

Where to begin with Timberlane.. I have lived here so far for 8 months and it has been made ever clear that they do not care about their residents. They had been doing construction outside my apartment, replacing paneling, for two months when they informed the people of my building it would only be two weeks. They continued to randomly go around hammering outside my window off and on since then. They came back around a few months later to do the exact same thing outside my window without notice. The office was never very helpful taking care of maintenance issues or issues with other residents that were blatantly breaking rules listed in the lease agreement that they signed. If you aren’t careful they will try to charge late fees on rent even when I personally walked my check to the front desk and watched them stamp it with the date. They will even try to charge you extra and keep your deposit when they know there is a flooding issue in your particular unit. No joke. Tried to make me pay for new carpet because the wa... read more

When you were here, we reversed two late fee charges and you were charged $31.43 for a prorated carpet damage fee.
