Verified Renter Clean, great amenities and quiet. Been living here for almost 1 year and I plan on renewing my lease! It’s pet friendly, has a pool and playground right across the way for kids.

Verified Renter Really great amenities provided by both Morgan Properties and the surrounding area. Property managers were always responsive to issues (really appreciate how they addressed a major power outage where our unit was without power for over 24 hours, offering to put us up in a hotel if we needed). Maintenance is relatively quick considering how many buildings/units they service. Really great place to live
