Verified Renter Very quiet community, great amenities, large apartment space as well. There’s a pool, playground across the way and the farm park is within walking distance.

Verified Renter We are now in our 11th year at Timberlake and we enjoy living here like we did when we moved in. Our apartment home is kepted up by the maintenance crew, when there is a problem it is resolved in a timely manner.

Responsive maintenance staffs. Has a club house where you get fitness stuff, TT and snooker. Slightly expensive than apartments nearby. Verified Renter A really good place to live. Extra spacious rooms, patio, closets, common areas are clean and clubhouse and the pool a plus. Ample parking areas. Walking trail nearby that goes to Norristown farm park. Hospital and shipping center in close proximity. For the past 8 years I have lived here and enjoyed it.

Verified Renter Beautiful experience! Great atmosphere and a welcoming staff who have gone above and beyond to assist in my move in. Great views and the accommodations are well worth the fees. Parking availability is always a plus! Location is ideal and accessible to all local malls and shops. The building hallways, mailroom and elevators are all well-kept. Overall, more than happy with my decision to make Timberlake my new home.

Verified Renter Like the people and the pool! Great group of people. Concerned about people using the pool that don’t live here. Not guests just told to come back and visit when they moved! Never had that experience when I moved. Concerned about mice situation but I do see pest control every Tuesday. Maintenance does their best with limited staff.
