Verified Renter I’ve lived at Timberlake apartments for 4 months now, and while the location is great with easy access to public transport and shops, I find the rent high for what’s offered. The building feels safe, and maintenance is generally responsive, but many of the appliances and amenities are outdated. Overall, it’s a convenient place to live, but the features don’t fully justify the price.

Verified Renter Very quiet community, great amenities, large apartment space as well. There’s a pool, playground across the way and the farm park is within walking distance.

Verified Renter Spacious apartment with your own patio. Quiet and safe neighborhood. All major shopping places (walmart, costco, home depot, asian market), hospital and are nearby. Responsive maintenance staffs. Has a club house where you get fitness stuff, TT and snooker. Slightly expensive than apartments nearby. Verified Renter A really good place to live. Extra spacious rooms, patio, closets, common areas are clean and clubhouse and the pool a plus. Ample parking areas. Walking trail nearby that goes to Norristown farm park. Hospital and shipping center in close proximity. For the past 8 years I have lived here and enjoyed it.

Verified Renter Beautiful experience! Great atmosphere and a welcoming staff who have gone above and beyond to assist in my move in. Great views and the accommodations are well worth the fees. Parking availability is always a plus! Location is ideal and accessible to all local malls and shops. The building hallways, mailroom and elevators are all well-kept. Overall, more than happy with my decision to make Timberlake my new home.
