Verified Renter So far so good I might say. With any issues I have had were resolved quickly. I like that’s it’s quiet and peaceful. The residents are friendly in our building and polite as well, also are helpful and I appreciate it honestly.

Verified Renter Beautiful area. The neighbors are very nice and friendly. It's very clean in garbage area and lobby smells clean fresh every morning.The park area amazing I love that my children have a playground.
Verified Renter Timberlake is amazing. The leasing staff is very accommodating and my service request is completed promptly from maintenance. Overall great experience.. We absolutely love the dog park and the Township building being right behind Timberlake .
Verified Renter I'm satisfied with living here for the most part. I like the amenities. There are some options I'd like to explore. There are some issues that always need to be immediately and to remain in working order. I do however like the community.

Verified Renter I’ve lived at Timberlake apartments for 4 months now, and while the location is great with easy access to public transport and shops, I find the rent high for what’s offered. The building feels safe, and maintenance is generally responsive, but many of the appliances and amenities are outdated. Overall, it’s a convenient place to live, but the features don’t fully justify the price.
