Verified Renter Been here several years; some changes have been made, others still needed like never enough carts to bring groceries upstairs. Overall they try; a bit pricey over the years tho.

Verified Renter I have been pleasantly surprised. Wasn't sure what to expect after living in privates homes for the past several decades. My favorite part of living at Timberlake are the green spaces around our apartment home. Walking trails and beautiful open space. I also enjoy the quiet. I actually love the quiet. Neighbors, young and older have been pleasant and friendly. I am very happy with my living space. To all the staff, thank you for working hard to make it a beautiful place to call home.

Verified Renter It’s a great place to live. The view from our balcony is beautiful the neighbors are friendly and I enjoy coming home. Everything we do is within this neighborhood from shopping to having the car fixed to getting a pizza or tacos or dinner.
