Verified Renter Apartment is Spacious and Quiet, Freshly painted and decorated rooms. Park in between the buildings is lovely. Great to be here. Amazing Experience overall. :)
Verified Renter It's a good calm place to stay. Lots of green space. The friendly staff at the leasing office are all ears to any concerns you might have and the maintenance staff responds pretty quickly to any maintenance-related issues one might have. Residents are all mindful of each other's space. A good place to stay with family.
Verified Renter Some really nice people here. But some of the dogs are vicious and the owners are not mindful or verbally nasty when you speak up. I’ve ruined shoes bc I’ve stepped in poop so many times. The staff is awesome so far and the maintenance requests seem to get addressed quickly.
Verified Renter My experience here at Timberlake Apartments is good. The environment around the property is amazing and the apartment itself is fair enough in comparison with the rent.
Verified Renter There are some aggressive dogs on the property that shouldn’t be living in an apartment building where there are other dogs or children. Neighbors have been great so far. The main floor sometimes smells like garbage over the weekend but I’m guessing that’s because there is no staff during those days but overall it’s been fine.
Verified Renter We love it here. Super nice tenants, great area that is close to everything. Our favorite part is the beautiful walking trail that we can walk with our dog!
Verified Renter Everyone is so nice and helpful and our apartment is a great size with plenty of storage! There is plenty of wall space and area space to make it our own!
Verified Renter Love the new look in the hallways that the contractors did this past fall. Look like a brand new building. Also looking forward to the new elevators coming soon.
