Although I've only been a resident here at Timberl... Although I've only been a resident here at Timberlake Apartments for a few days, I am very pleased so far. I would have appreciated been advised of the $350 amenities fee prior to signing the contract. I feel safe and secure here; it is very quiet inside my apartment and in the hallways.
Like how the hallways in each building were redone... Like how the hallways in each building were redone. New hardwood flooring, new lights, doors painted, new wallpaper for the walls. New door numbers for each apartment.

Things have taken awhile to get fixed. Seems like ... Things have taken awhile to get fixed. Seems like some lack of communication in the past couple of months. Overall decent place compared to other places.
It is good place but getting expensive with rents ... It is good place but getting expensive with rents charging. Atleast if they have few utilities like water and sewer that will save some money.
Great place to live I've live in Timberlake Apartment for 6 years wow time flies but it's been a great experience. I have explored the entire area but its still great living here. Mariangela and the staff are great

However Timberlake Apartments is a very beautiful and spacious,however the way they constantly raise the prices of the rent is ridiculous and they also will fine you if you don't comply.
Terrible Where do I begin? Cons: staff issue; moving in and out issue; maintenance issue; mice in walls; price increases too fast; threatens to fine you if you move out on weekends with a 300 dollar fine. Can’t reach the office when calling at a timely manner. Maintenance comes in whenever without notice. Water is turned off too frequently and you can’t shower before work. Pros: location and space

HUGE mice problem starting June 2017 This place has a huge Mice/Rodent problem induced in 2017. Stay away from this place. There are number of apartments that have trapped as many has 20 mice. With such huge problem the management has not engaged with a professional exterminator. I am planning to move out ASAP. Don't even consider staying here for a minute.

BEDBUGS AND ROACHES We moved in in may/2016... June/2016 ALREADY LOOKING TO MOVE! First day we moved in we saw a roach behind the display on the stove... Another in the sink! Another IN the fridge! First week girlfriend is chilling on the couch and a bedbug was on her neck!!!! Carpet had ash burns from a smoker... we don't smoke. We have to throw away all our furniture when we move for risk of infecting another apartment!
