Average as average can be. The Good: The beautiful farm park, recently renovated gym, large balconies, and if you select an updated kitchen it's completely worth it. Space is fairly large and no one really bothers each other in the complex. Dog playground! The Bad: Maintenance seems to neglect issues tenants have, I've heard of neighbors washer units breaking randomly, no common area, Comcast is your by default ISP, Unsafe to walk up Germantown at night due to muggings according to police. Just What I Was Looking For!!! Me and my boyfriend have been searching for over a month in the King of Prussia area for a new apartment since we need to relocate there for his new job. We had seen Timberlake listed on a few sites with a few good reviews and it helped a friend from college lives there so decided to go check them out.
