BEDBUGS AND ROACHES We moved in in may/2016... June/2016 ALREADY LOOKING TO MOVE! First day we moved in we saw a roach behind the display on the stove... Another in the sink! Another IN the fridge! First week girlfriend is chilling on the couch and a bedbug was on her neck!!!! Carpet had ash burns from a smoker... we don't smoke. Average as average can be. The Good: The beautiful farm park, recently renovated gym, large balconies, and if you select an updated kitchen it's completely worth it. Space is fairly large and no one really bothers each other in the complex. Dog playground! The Bad: Maintenance seems to neglect issues tenants have, I've heard of neighbors washer units breaking randomly, no common area, Comcast is your by default ISP, Unsafe to walk up Germantown at night due to muggings according to police. Just What I Was Looking For!!! Me and my boyfriend have been searching for over a month in the King of Prussia area for a new apartment since we need to relocate there for his new job.
