Verified Renter Everyone here is friendly and helpful, including the residents! I really enjoy the township park and the Norristown Farm Park right next door. The Park has many programs to keep me occupied and meet other people.

Verified Renter Friday night electricity goes off and no notice from the office, Saturday morning there is no hot water, no notice, no response from the office. Do you expect that people who live in this apartment have no plans?
I’ve lived here for over 20 years. Overall, I’ve ... I’ve lived here for over 20 years. Overall, I’ve enjoyed living here. The apartment is spacious and the renovations of the hallways and lobby are stunning. The leasing office staff is helpful and the maintenance team is terrific.

It would be much more pleasant if management would... It would be much more pleasant if management would care about the residents and let us know the important details…like when there is a flood in the lobby or that the renovations will take 3 months to complete…or that a resident had an electrical fire in the ac unit…..or they would have pest control do something about the over populated mice problem. So far its ok, nothing impressive though. So far n... So far its ok, nothing impressive though. So far no issies with packages, but the amount of junk mail you get is crazy, grocery flyers and ads. The elevator is always either be busted or dirty. Doors shut quick but sometimes the elevator takes forever to get to you. Kinda annoying that the pet rent rate for cats and dogs is the same yet peoples dogs will be barking all day long or they just have them running loose in the halls.
