Verified Renter These are not "luxury apartments," though they probably were when the building was built over a half century ago. Mice infestations have been rampant and we recently had bugs, too. The elevators are often out. Management now is probably the best it has been, but they have their work cut out for them.
Verified Renter The maintenance service is slower than expected, may be because of the large number of apartments and fewer staffs but the staffs are easily approachable, friendly and understanding. Neighbourhood is quite and warm. Also, enjoyed the swimming pool during the summer.
Verified Renter I love living at this apartment complex! I have lived here before, left, and came right back. Everyone is friendly and maintenance is always available. It’s clean, safe, in a great location. The amenities are just a plus.

Verified Renter It was awful. They toured us a renovated unit and leased us an old one. Although they have accepted their mistake, till now they have not come up with a solution and they are resisting with our suggestions. We had to move in an apartment that is not in livable condition. It is dirty, not well cleaned, not well maintained and there are mouse repellents in the cabinets! We are not satisfied with this apartment and the leasing office support at all.
