Verified Renter Hello my experience at Timberlake is a hit or miss I love the community but I don’t love when things need to be done it takes weeks to months to be fulfilled.
Verified Renter Steve and the other staff here at Timberlake have been so kind and helpful during our move in. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. We are so close to many restaurants as well.
Verified Renter Overall Good Apartment to stay. Responsive staff and timely maintenance. Farm park nearby to enjoy yourself during the summer and police station nearby to make you feel safe. All major stores within 10-15min drive.

Verified Renter I love this community. The residents are all very friendly, the office staff is absolutely awesome. The office staff knows everyone's name and their pet's name and which apartment you love in;they just know who you are without using their computers. There are so many residents here so I don't know how they can know everyone but they really do. I feel very safe here and the complex tries very hard to maintain peace and quiet for all the residents.

Verified Renter I have lived here almost 4 months, and so far I do not have a bad thing to say! If you need a maintenance call, the response is so quick! They maintenance people are very nice and respectful. Steve and everyone in the office are great and extremely helpful. The game room is so much fun! The apartment itself is great! Never bothered with noise. Always parking. I could go on! Truly a great place to live!
