We have had the best experience with Tim. He has been like family to us and has treated us with so much understanding and really found us our dream home. We have worked with other realtors in the past and after meeting Tim we know he is always going to be our main Man.

Tim was great! He helped my wife and I find our dream starter home. He worked with us for over a year, going through the entire process and never losing patience with our pickiness, as well as a few houses where the sale did not go through. Tim was a great friend and guide to have through this process, and we will definitely be calling him again when we are ready to sell our home and buy our next one!

He sold my in-law's house and he found my house. I recommend him to anybody who wants the very best in real estate service. He is very detailed and very professional with handling of your transactions, whether it's small or large. I was a real estate agent many years ago and if I am satisfied with his service, I know everybody will.

My husband and I had barely turned 20 when we decided to buy our first house. It was incredible the amount of confusion, details, options, and factors that we were unprepared to consider. Tim is a great realtor, and we can highly recommend him. We bought a home in Lake Oswego while still living in New Mexico, and Tim provided tons of help in researching homes online and then going out with us to view prospective homes for purchase. He took the time to really understand what we were interested in purchasing, in terms of location, features and price range, so we did not have to spend time viewing homes that did not fit our criteria. Tim really is as good as it gets!! My husband and I found him totally on accident and I am so glad we did. He really took the time to explain things to us and to answer all of our questions.
