This was our first time buying and we were scared and didn't know what to expect. But Tim was amazing!! He was everything & so much more than you could ask for in a realtor. He doesn't pressure you instead he will point out things you might not notice when you are just in awe of a house. He was so nice and friendly, you feel like you have known him forever! If you want an agent to be by your side through the process then Tim is your guy. He helped sell buy and sell my first home. Tim is on a high level with me. I would recommend my family and friends to him. Platinum status!

Tim helped us sell our home in Portland and purchase our new home in Vancouver 4 years ago. He was always professional, punctual, and understanding of our needs. Tim pays attention to the small things, and really helped us navigate some of the little details of houses we were looking at, such as materials used in the houses and things that would need to be updated soon. Tim was very knowledgable and a great realtor! He never once made my husband and I feel pressured to look at anything we did not think fit our needs. He continues to this day (we bought our house two years ago) to make sure we are still happy and send us lots of great coupons to try new restaurants. He goes above and beyond to make sure his clients are happy and stay happy. I would highly recommend Tim if you are looking for a realtor!

Wonderful in every way Quick responses, excellent marketing, and great networking-- Tim provided service way beyond anything I expected. For example after a home inspection the repairs we agreed on he had 3 bids with in 48 hours--
