Tim Saeland. WOW. Some very good friends/neighbors of mine moved out of state and signed with Tim. They listed on Thursday and had three offers by Tuesday. Everyone was stunned at the time frame. However, their home was in excellent condition, good neighborhood and showed well. Mine...not so much. Even though I was not looking at super pricey homes and I am a young home buyer, Tim gave me his total attention and respect. Most realtors always seem to lose interest eventually, but Tim stayed up to date with me and was always sending me new listings to look at. He also was willing to show me homes on short notice, which I truly appreciated. Lastly, Tim considered my safety as well as resale value with every home I looked at. His expertise brought me to the perfect home for my needs.

I was referred to Tim by one of my close friend and now after owning a home, I am glad I made a decision to go with him in buying a home process. He was always responsive whether to see the house or in process questions after House selection. He has vast knowledge of market and will give you good advice/recommendations, and mostly do not discourage with your decision. I was really happy with Tim as as my agent - I came to him having sold my other house with a wonderful, but very pushy and opinionated agent, who bullied and reassured me into his way of doing it (which I really think overall was a good one, but I had some problems with the first agent's listening to me) so I really appreciated that Tim NEVER NEVER pressured me in any way, and took the time to really explain the ins and out of buying a house, nationally and locally, waited, and listened to my opinion. We enjoyed working with Tim Saeland while looking for our home in Vancouver, WA. He was easy to work with & very respectful to us, his clients, and also to the homes we visited.
