Tim was "the best" representative for us when we were house hunting. We purchased our first home five years back and he was truly a buyer's realtor. Tim was referred to be by another Re/Max agent when I was looking towards Washington for a home. At this time the house market was insane with homes hitting the market and excepting offers within 24-hours and $10,000 - $50,000 over asking. With Tim's assistance we purchased a home in Kenton in early 2013 and are very satisfied both with Tim's work and the home. We were new to the area so our daughter, who's already a resident received recommendations from coworkers about using Tim Saeland to find a home. It took about a year to find the perfect home but Tim was there every step of the way with a smile and honest expert opinion for each house we went through! Even though we looked throughout the Portland Metro area, sometimes even farther afield, Tim was as enthusiastic as we were to find the right home to fulfill our dreams!

Tim was fantastic! He was extremely responsive and made selling our home a simple and rewarding process. We posted our home for sale and had an offer within a week. He kept on top of the sale letting us know quickly when something needed to be done, and we were able to close on time in 30 days.

Tim was great to work with. He helped us get the house ready for the sale and really helped us stage. He also helped us to decide what repairs needed to be made in order to sell the house for the most. He helped us decide what projects or repairs weren't necessary as well.
