I was lucky to find Tim though my best friends who bought a house with him and raved about him. I found that working with Tim was very reassuring, and he made the selling process smooth and easy. My husband and I struck gold when we met Tim. We truly did not know what to look for in a home outside of what we just liked and disliked, but Tim helped us see what we could not. Tim's years of expertise and continued training show that he continually strives to be better than he was yesterday. Start to finish Tim was fantastic to work with. Prior to our purchase we didn't have a place in Portland and we weren't spending much time in the area. He made himself available at our convenience to look at various condominiums in order to get a better understanding of what type of property we were looking for. You can put your faith in Tim to sell your home. He sold mine in West Linn and we conducted business long distance so I never had to leave Arizona where I live now. Tim knew what the house needed to have done to show it at its best --and the right people with the skills to bring that about. His advice re. prospective buyers was golden. He was always reachable by phone or email to discuss matters. I remain grateful for his expertise, honesty and integrity.

Tim’s knowledge of the Portland/Vancouver market was super helpful. He was able to help us focus on areas that would meet our needs. Tim is just fantastic. He is very knowledgeable about both the process of buying/selling a house and the different variables that can make a house a good deal or a potential nightmare. He clearly tells you how much it will cost you to change a system or solve a problem and whether something is not in good shape and needs attention.
