Tim was an excellent realtor for Adeline and me. He is incredibly knowledgeable in all aspects of the home buying process, which helped make us comfortable as first time home buyers. We consider ourselves lucky to have had Tim assist us in our purchase of our home. We had tight parameters but he never failed to come through with good choices. The purchase hit a bump in the road, but Tim stayed on top of the issues and made sure we were informed on every development. His expertise definitely is an asset.

Tim was so great to work with, he gave us honest feedback, and I knew we could trust his input. The first house we were supposed to close on fell through the day before signing (Tim did not think the house was a good fit for us from the start, but we went ahead anyway - should have listened to him) He helped us find a house that was a much better fit, he was with us when we signed the final paperwork, we really felt taken care of from start to finish. We absolutely love our new home and neighborhood. Thank you so much Tim!

Have used Tim Saeland for two home purchases over the years. The second one included selling our previous home and offers on different properties until one was accepted. The process was made much easier by his expertise and team of professionals, whom he recommended for the variety of issues which occurred. Tim is very knowledgeable of his field; professional, responsive in work and considerate, genuine in person. He is very pleasant to work with and always make himself available every time we needed him, weekday or weekends, rain or snow.
