Bought a used vehicle in February 2018. it wasn't that great of a deal but we needed a vehicle quickly because our other one was totaled. They took advantage of us and sold us a total lemon that has been nothing but problems since we drove off the lot. It's on record that we have been having issues and complaining since March. After multiple complaints, and going down there, they finally fixed ONE thing on it (even though there are multiple problems) and then a couple weeks later is now having MORE issues. Purchased a brand new 2018 Ford Flex from Gosh Hemet a year ago, 5 months ago it was declared a lemon, and we still have yet to get a replacement. No one at Gosh wanted to help us get this resolved, and no one at Ford has helped us either. When you are purchasing a new car everyone is your best friend, when you need a lemon replaced, no one is around to help you out!!
