Worst customer service. They do not communicate, they do not return calls and when I ask for a manager to call me, they ignore my request. The service department overcharges and are extremely slow. 2+ hours for an oil change when you have an appointment. I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from them. STAY AWAY!

By actually having parts available when the appt was booked two weeks earlier and not taking a week to do a 1 day recall fix!

Excellent service! Daniel the service writer was patient and very helpful. Had my oil changed and door latch recall work done. Very friendly and helpful staff as well. Daniel even got me a rental car for the day. While the car was being worked on. Happy will return for future work and services!
