Worst customer service. They do not communicate, they do not return calls and when I ask for a manager to call me, they ignore my request. The service department overcharges and are extremely slow. 2+ hours for an oil change when you have an appointment. I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from them. STAY AWAY!
By actually having parts available when the appt was booked two weeks earlier and not taking a week to do a 1 day recall fix!

Her customer service skills was fantastic, she knows what she’s doing with her job, she made sure to answer all of my questions and she was very helpful.
