Bought a used vehicle in February 2018. it wasn't that great of a deal but we needed a vehicle quickly because our other one was totaled. They took advantage of us and sold us a total lemon that has been nothing but problems since we drove off the lot. It's on record that we have been having issues and complaining since March. Purchased a brand new 2018 Ford Flex from Gosh Hemet a year ago, 5 months ago it was declared a lemon, and we still have yet to get a replacement. No one at Gosh wanted to help us get this resolved, and no one at Ford has helped us either. When you are purchasing a new car everyone is your best friend, when you need a lemon replaced, no one is around to help you out!!

they could improve coustomer service in their service department I was denied my waranty for a part that they lost and was overcharged and very inconvenienced, me and my wife and kids were stuck at a park till midnight far away from home and this was the closest dealership our vehicle was towed here and we were called the next day saying that it wouldn't start because a piece was missing and they wanted to charge me over 500 for something that was supposed to be covered under my waranty.
This place offered me 6k under the lowest trade in number from KBB and NADA trade in book on a low mile 16'. Very insulting and a joke, good luck in ripping some idiot off that doesn't know how to read. Clowns....
