Joseph and whoever worked on my car is legitimately the reason why I never take my car to places like this and only trust certain people with my vehicles. In this case I had no choice because it was a recall and I can assure you I will never be back to service or purchase a vehicle from this place. Or in Josephs words it may just be a coincidence! Horrible Service all around!!!
