they could improve coustomer service in their service department I was denied my waranty for a part that they lost and was overcharged and very inconvenienced, me and my wife and kids were stuck at a park till midnight far away from home and this was the closest dealership our vehicle was towed here and we were called the next day saying that it wouldn't start because a piece was missing and they wanted to charge me over 500 for something that was supposed to be covered under my waranty.
This place offered me 6k under the lowest trade in number from KBB and NADA trade in book on a low mile 16'. Very insulting and a joke, good luck in ripping some idiot off that doesn't know how to read. Clowns....
I read recently purchased an F1 50 at gosh Ford it was a good experience the salesman I had was Dennis he was great he answered all my questions and no high-pressure sales techniques used it all everyone was good there especially Dennis I recommend if you’re up to buy a new or used automobile go see Dennis
Customer service was excellent Francisco was very knowledgeable and polite,all the staff was very friendly
Love GOScH Ford of Hemet! Everyone went above and beyond in helping my Mom buy a new vehicle after an unexpected accident caused by someone else. Moises Ramos was amazing from the moment we met him. He even took time a few days later to help my Mom learn all the bells and whistles which I truly appreciate. As a Ford owner myself, I would definitely deal with them in the future.
