Great customer service support and prices definitely recommend to anyone who needs audio stereo or auto electric problems
Very terrible service.....I had two headlights replaced along with my horn and one of my headlights is not working and my horn works sometimes it havent even been 3mths since I have gotten service and the headlights I bought brand new and my bill was over $900. Soo not satisfied.

Went to tae in Chesapeake and was thinking i may have to replace brakes on my car they told me that they are fine and i didn't need to replace them thank you mike for being honest it's hard to find an honest mechanic these days
Absolutely terrible service. I was charged $92 for electrical diagnostic test, $62 for a part that is available at local parts store for under $20, and charged an additional $92 to install the part. Technician told me it took him 10 minutes to diagnose the issue, and less than 5 minutes to install new part. Front office told me their minimum rate is $92 per shop hour. Robbery..! Just when I thought it couldn't get any worse, when my truck broke down less than a week later for the same issue, they refused to honor the repair ... read more
Made an appointment with them to get my stereo checked out only To get there and for the "manager" to say they had no appointment on record... But they said they could try and fit me in I sometime...being annoyed already I asked if u can't get my appointment time right how will I know u will get the job done right... That's when the "manager" rudely told me I could just go somewhere else after a series of snide comments ... Horrible people skills and very disorganized..
