Tidewater electric have given excellent service, took my car to Honda to have a replacement and they Gave me a awful estimate and jacked up prices, Tidewater electric took it into their hands and solve the problem at a wonderful price and really changed my whole day! I cannot think them enough for truly helping me out and keeping me updated on my vehicle every step of the way. Thank you so much guys ❤
I came in to get a estimate and the guy at the desk was very rude. Spoke to me like i was a inconvenience. When i decided not to use this company the same guy called me and again was rude over the phone. If you want "friendly" customer service avoid this ridiculously overpriced company!
Sent my car into repair for an airbag dash light which caused a failed inspection. I was told that it would take them 3 days to get to it, for they were backed up. I get a call the next day saying my car is ready. They found the problem quickly after I had already taken it to two shops before I took it to them. They quickly resolved the issue and for a very reasonable price. Great service and professional staff.
