The apartment is... (Verified Renter) The apartment is lovely, and the complex is well maintained and overall pleasant. The deterrent would be the beach traffic and noise coming from the beach center in the summer. Family and friends would not care to be in a party atmosphere with the noisiness that I experience from this apartment. Winter is quiet and comfortable.

I might not... (Verified Renter) I might not recommend Tidewater to others because my rent has gone uo significantly. If this happens upon my next lease anniversary, I will probably buy a house because the rent no longer makes Tidewater a good deal for me.
After owning my... (Verified Renter) After owning my own home for 45 years I am so HAPPY here to have all amenities Tidewater offers and now I can RELAX with No upkeep that I did for all those years.
The only complaint... (Verified Renter) The only complaint I have was the snow removal. It was the worst I've ever seen or heard about. It happened multiple times were the snow was not plowed or walk ways cleared. I'm surprised that know one got seriously hurt.I was really disappointment when renting at this level of expense.
Tidewater pays timely... (Verified Renter) Tidewater pays timely attention to maintenance problems. I have friends in other complexes who find it impossible to get a call back, let alone a repair completed.
