Verified Renter I cannot say enough how fortunate I feel to be living here. The entire experience has been fantastic. I toured the property about 6 months ago, the units go so fast when they become available, and was finally able to secure a unit with an amazing view. Tyler was super helpful throughout the application process, and Matt was so welcoming upon my arrival and made sure I remembered where everything was. This morning, I grabbed a latte and had my toes in the sand within 15 minutes of leaving my apartment!

Verified Renter Love the community, pool and gym. Maintenance is great and quick. Staff in the office is quick to problem solve. Only issue is traffic but that’s to be expected by the beach.

Verified Renter Tidewater is a beautiful place to live. The staff works very hard to make sure the inside and outside is clean, safe and quiet. Location is great 5 minute walk to the beach, 10 minute ride to Newburyport. If you don't have your own transportation there is a bus the runs hourly and stops all over Newburyport.

Verified Renter This is my six year at Tidewater. Life goes on with the usual amount of care by the kind staff here. However, certain things have gone by the rules wayside. Street lights still out, so called security gate still broken, dead or dying trees still in the ground and the one rule that was originally enforced, no belongings stashed in our parking spaces. It’s beginning to go down hill.

Verified Renter Tidewater is a great place to live, in a good community, great location with plenty to do. You can bike trails nearby, walk to the beach and explore the reservation or nearby sanctuary on plum island. We have a nice music and restaurant scene being in between Newburyport and Hampton. The on site maintenance team is great. We have amenities to enjoy living here is great.

Verified Renter We just moved in Friday/Saturday, but so far everything has been great! We found a few things wrong with the apartment within the first couple of days and expressed our concerns to the guys who work in the office. They have been so kind and have put fixes in place right away! I’m so glad to be back in Salisbury and hope that we continue to love it here! So far though it’s definitely 5 stars!!
