RecommendedIts a great community. 3 minutes from the beach, its quiet, and we have a great view from our very own balcony. We love it so much.We definitely plan on taking advantage of everything around us.

The people who have left good reviews got $500 off their rent for it, so dont trust any of them. This place is absolutely horrible. There are so many problems that they won't fix, Tyler is a horrible person through and through. There aren't enough characters to express how bad this place is. There are rats in the vents that they constantly deny, packages get stolen with NO help from management(even though there are cameras in the lobby), the walls and floors are paper thin(I know that's not a management problem, but an archi... read more
