Verified Renter Overall, it has been good experience with some exceptions regarding tenants who do not adhere to community rules and guidelines. This especially concerns walking dogs, barking dogs, tenants loitering smoking cigarettes having loud conversations late at night and in the early morning hours right outside the building.

It's a nice, quiet apartment. The view is unique. ... It's a nice, quiet apartment. The view is unique. I don't like the pool because is too small for too many residents. Walking to the beach is one of the best pros for Tidewater.
