We are new... (Verified Renter) We are new to community. Interaction with management staff has been positive, all very helpful and personable. Buildings, community areas, lawns are all keep clean and neat. Very pleased thus far.
RecommendedWe just signed our lease for our third year living at Tidewater. We love that the company makes every effort to maintain this property, keeping it in great shape. Their attention to the small issues is what keeps it so nice. The grounds are lovely and the community is an asset to Salisbury. We can walk to the ocean which is important to us!
