Smoking here is rampant and uncontrolled. The buildings reek of smoke and marijuana, there are cigarette butts all over the property, and as soon as the office closes, it's a free for all with people smoking in the parking lots, the garages and on their balconies. There are many... (Verified Renter) There are many wonderful things about Tidewater --underground parking, washer and dryer in the unit, some wonderful neighbors, living across the street from the ocean.

This is our... (Verified Renter) This is our 6th year here...we love it. Timely maintenance repairs, timely and excellent cleaning crew, grounds kept nice even with many dogs living here, nice neighbors, very nice staff.
