The staff are... (Verified Renter) The staff are all very professional, friendly, courteous, and the service was very prompt. And it was very nice to have a written acknowledgement of the service left on my kitchen counter to confirm that they had been there and done the work.
you should also... (Verified Renter) you should also ask the same question above, but based on the association itself, and not the maintenance. You do have issues here: smoking in the complexes; children running down the hallway daily on some of the floors (example Apt. D first level. it happens all the time and they have complained but it still happens. ) Seems like nothing can ever be done to actually police and get things corrected. Management and maintenance... (Verified Renter) Management and maintenance staff are friendly and helpful. We love the dog friendly community, and we've already met some very nice people.
This is the best apartment complex. I can hear the people above us, and the first floor can hear us. I am used to apartment living. I actually prefer being in a lower level. I don't ever have a problem sleeping.
