I think its... (Verified Renter) I think its a nice place to live, but wouldn't call it luxury living. It is contradictory to have residents pay for water/sewer, but not have access to increase or decrease water temperature to their comfort level. Also, near the end of my lease, I noticed the types of people starting to rent the units were causing disruptions and abusing the amenities provided making it unbearable for everyone else living there.

my only concern... (Verified Renter) my only concern is I feel some of the dogs that are allowed in this community, should not be allowed around children and other dogs.Some residents just cant control a dog of that caliber. unfortunately, after they are moved in, there is not much you can do? There are a handful of dogs that definitely need to be muzzled before they even walk the halls or use he elevators. I just don"t want to see anything happen, when its preventable.

Tidewater is an... (Verified Renter) Tidewater is an excellent choice for the older tenants: Nice size kitchen, lovely master bath, nice size second bedroom for children to visit, clean and safe entry and halls.
