Heather, Belinda, Keith and Andy try to bring all residents together with holiday dinners, barbeques, trivia, openness to beginning new social groups ie, the Book and Recipe Clubs. Craft fairs at holiday times showcasing the communities talented tenants. The staff has... (Verified Renter) The staff has been excellent - helpful and courteous. The grounds are well maintained. The other residents are incredibly friendly and pleasant as well. Coming from my last apartment in Andover I am very pleased at how well the grounds are kept given the number of dogs in the complex. There were far fewer dogs in Andover but the halls and grounds were not as well kept. The apartment size is smaller than comparable apartments I have lived in, especially at the same price.
