My first year... (Verified Renter) My first year in Salisbury was fantastic and I was very happy there. A tenant moved in above me and drove me crazy every day. She was loud and she called the police which seemed like every day on the tenants above her. It became an unbearable living arrangement.

It is new... (Verified Renter) It is new and clean. The maintenance men are always dependable and quick to fix something. It’s very convenient having a garage and an elevator not to mention large hallways and doorways. The landscaping always looks nice and the best thing of all is having the trash dumpsters on site and plenty of parking for guests. It’s A wonderful and convenient way of living.

I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend although I would let them know sounds from neighbors and hallways can be loud. I am on top floor and get dog noise and hallway noise frequently.
