Great location near the beach. Overall a good place to live. New management seems dedicated to improving things. Cons: Landscaping has gone downhill. The grounds used to be beautiful. Verified Renter It's nice & clean & it is so close to the ocean!! We can walk all around and enjoy the morning breeze. The swimming pool should be bigger, but you can always go to the ocean.
Verified Renter Nice and quiet. Everybody's pleasant. Pet friendly. My childs schoolbus stops in property, not on main road, very safe, and comforting for a parent. Everybody's always willing to help, even in the littlest ways. Im thankful everyday that i chose tidewater for my family's residence
