Verified Renter Round Grove is a great community. Location is convenient. staff is wonderful!
Verified Renter I like the layout and all the trees, New owners have done a decent job cleaning up the place with new paint and landscaping. They spend thousands on the gate. Stupid people keep running into the gate knocking off track. The neighbors are nice.

Verified Renter its an average place to live but there is not very good communication between the staff and residents. They expect their money on time but they don't help us to receive what we are paying for.

Verified Renter The office staff and maintenance crew are outstanding. They are always kind and professional and respond very quickly to all my concerns.
Verified Renter Staff doesn’t care about there tenants issue. Staff are always confuse on what’s going on and never have an answer. Maintenance takes about a week until they come fix. Dog poop everywhere and no parking space.
