Poor service I’ve lived here since February and I’m sick of the terrible service. The phones never work, the leasing staff are rude UNLESS you are here to lease. After you’re done leading, they have zero time for you. When emergency requests come up and you need maintenance right away, you might as well hold your breath. A new company bought this property and now they are escalating the rent prices when there has been zero improvements to the unit you live in. NO STARS! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I called today around 4 and spoke with Edward. I apologized for putting him on hold twice because I am at work the same time of the hours of operation. We were going through prices, however, he couldn't seem to find anything around my budget and the last time I had put him on hold, I was still listening in on my personal phone and I heard him say to another co-worker that "I'm about to just hang up on her."
